Guest guest
Hi Jon, My name is Jon too. I understand that you are having some difficult times. I am as well so I can relate. Have you considered that through difficult times we become experts at how to handle the situations we do constructively. We become tomorrows helpers for those that have problems like us. We understand more than words on paper what it means to suffer through a situation that we have endured. Take that much and be proud of yourself for the opportunity to be that special. If you want a friend email me at stopthegreed on yahoo, that's a reason to live right there I'm extending my hand to you in friendship.....and I understand. So I'll be looking forward to hearing form you, Jon > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > That's it. Guest guest
You shouldn't kill yourself because it is something you can not undo.I don't know enough about your family life...but I know that family members never recover from a suicide. I used to be a counselor...and it is devastating to families. I don't know what your relationship is ...if you have a mom, dad, brothers, sisters...etc.......but it is very hard on them.I have been suicidal in my life too.....it was a terrible feeling. You can get better. You need to take it one little step at a time. Sometimes you just live minute by minute. You need to break everything down into little manageable units of time.Even if you don't believe me...some day things will be better....please hold onto that hope. Guest guest
Pssd is NOT just a sexual dysfunction. For many of us it is the rape of our whole beings, the rape of our souls. Maybe some people can learn to be happy and productive with a lifetime of loneliness and a raped soul, but I for one cannot. I certainly am not counseling anyone to commit suicide. However, I understand that some do, who have what we have, and I may end up as one of them. I hope and pray that I and everyone else here recover fully, but if I don't, I'll probably end up seeking deliverance at the end of my nine millimeter. God have mercy on us all. Guest guest
Hello ssssssri, I dont't think that the hormon axis is the main Problem of PSSD. My hormon levels are Ok (get new tests today und all the levels including free tetsosteron, Prolaktin etc. was good). I also had the idea to give Mitrazapine a chance, because I have read it works as 5HT1 agonist and 5Ht2 antagonist and in a german paper I have read ist was asserted that SSRI-sexual-Dysfunctions (but refered to cases under taking SSRI's not PSSD..) could be caused by agonism to 5ht2 and antagonism to 5ht1-receptors, which cause " reduction of dopaminerg transimission in mesolimbic structures " (and therfore crushes Libido). So my idea was if mitrazapine works in " revers direction " ist should be suitable to fight PSSD. But maybe this is too simple...?! Did you continue your threatening with mitrazapine and Yohimbe and was ist succesfull? Or someone else here? (I suffer from PSSD since 2006 - threatment with paroxetin for 6 months, please excuse if my english is poor..) > > > > That's it.
