Today was Low Max (blasts only) I've never done this premix before and checked it out last night and realized it doesn't have a warm up. I knew that would add more time to the workout and with adding Meso 2 #16 (chest only) I wasn't sure I'd have enough time to get it all in. I went ahead and did the warm up from Low Max and just hoped I had enough time, and I did. I even had time to add on GS C/T stretch. I skipped the back off sets. So it was 55 minutes total. Incline bench press ( 2 warm up sets) 35 Incline bench press 12/10/8 reps 50 Incline fly 12/10/8 20 (her rep speed to too fast here) Incline fly (back off set) Skipped Flat bench press 12/10/8 reps 50 Flat bench press (back off set) skipped Have a great day!~~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
