Guest guest
My weight is up. Dislike! I think we've all been there. I use fitness pal too and LOVE it. I always record my food (or a lot of it) the night before and plan on having what I put down. Your plan sounds great!! I want to mention about the feeling good about your health. You know, to a lot of people finding out you have anemia wouldn't be a big deal, but for me, I've been healthy my whole life, never had anything wrong with me. I've always been known as the "health nut" of the family. The one who's never went to the doctor, the one that never gets sick, not even a cold. When the nurse called me that day and told me that I had a low blood count it really bothered me. It didn't the first time, but when I went back for the re-check...that's when it really got to me. It made me realize how precious our health is. As I sit and wait for the phone to ring I will be so much more thankful from now on for good health. ´¨¨)) -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- ~-:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
Guest guest
Hey me tooSent from my Verizon Wireless 4GLTE smartphone----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >Subject: Plan for the week and reality check.Date: Sat, May 12, 2012 11:45 My weight is up. Dislike!  Although I'd love to just blame it on menopause, and that might truly be a factor, I have to admit that there are some other behavioral issues, LOL. I've been feeling ridiculously happy about having my health back, but I've let a few other habits start to run amok. Adjust my food calorie goal and log food accurately. I'm using myfitnesspal.com, but I often log food after the fact. I think I miss things when I rely on memory. So, I'm getting strict about logging on my iPhone when I'm out and about. I'll be more careful about checking the portion sizes (ounces, cups, etc). If I do this accurately this week, next week I can adjust my food calorie goal depending on the results. Bring lunches and plan ahead so I don't have to buy lunches.Restart a.m. workouts. The pulled glute is all better. I can add strength training to my usual bike/walk commutes. Do daily updates here. I'll set a reminder on my phone so I don't blow it off.
