Guest guest Posted February 26, 2002 Report Share Posted February 26, 2002 Dear Members, Over the past three weeks I have experienced a rash of some sort on the outer portion of my breasts. I have had saline implants for almost two years. They are placed under the muscle and the rash seems to be in the area that is not covered by the muscle.
