Good morning!

So this week starts the 4 Day Split workouts. All of these are an hour or more so I have get my butt in gear to get them in. The ones that include abs I'll have to do separate for time sake.

Today was Higher Intensity Step. This includes chest and back.

Warm-up (supermans, plus 1-arm row with light weight) 15Round 1 (repeat twice)~ 1-arm row 25~ pushups (variations) toes/kneesRound 2 (repeat twice) ~ Underhand barbell rows 55~ Chest Fly's 20Round 3 ~ 1-arm row with dumbbell horizontal and elbow out to side 20~ Pushups with a slight decline - toesRound 4~ Dumbbell Pullover 25~ Bench Press 25Round 5~ Seated Band work (T's and Y's) ~ Pushups (around the clock) toes

I burned 401 calories, avg 135, max 176, steps 3,633
