I figured it out after a dozen messages LOL. It looks like it's

comparable to Insanity.

It isn't available as a free download where I usually get my videos

unfortunately.

Oh, it's nowhere NEAR as hard as Insanity!  Insanity is, YIKES!  insane!  I'd like to try Insanity when I weigh less and there is less stress to my joints.  Have you done Insanity and if so, how did you like it?

I have done Insanity last fall. It is insane. I was laughing though

because you either try to have fun with it or you puke. I did say it

sometimes it was insane. The good thing about it is that you do it

at home and nobody is watching, but you really need to do it at your

own pace. Otherwise it can make you sick.

I liked it because I am used to exercise and I wanted something

more. I didn't realize how out of shape I was when I started it. the

test is really tough if you go all out with effort but the key of

the test is to have a starting point and from there you can compare

and see improvement hopefully. There are 8 exercises and from what I

heard most people fall out or throw up at the fifth. I think that's

silly. My husband tried it with me he really wanted to shape up but

he had pain in his legs, he went all out and couldn't last till the

end. So he couldn't even get a baseline. He was getting nausea and

went to throw up. I slowed down when I started to feel dizzy. I

stopped because I kept getting the cold after each session and I had

to take a week off each time to recover. I couldn't work out with

fever.

I have to say I didn't do the diet part, and probably that was my

mistake and reason for getting sick so frequently. I had no reserves

to recover after the sessions.

This is why I went back to Minna Lessig's fat burning workout. I

have been doing that for 6 weeks now (even though I am not posting

much I am working out every night) and it is getting too easy. Still

sweating but I need more. I lost some weight but again it doesn't

show. I have untoned muscles.

Funny you should ask about Insanity. I am doing it tonight. I will

not go insane since I have heavy cramps and I don't want to pass out

but I want to get it done so I don't miss a day.

I am taking protein supplements now after working out and start the

day with it too. Hopefully I won't get sick tomorrow. I will let you

know ;0)

I hope my kids will let me get to bed on time. I usually end up in

bed around 4 because they keep waking up and interrupt what I'm

doing, getting me behind and I just fall into bed. Fingers crossed,

it is still 'early' at 1 AM, I can still potentially be in bed by 2.

That would be awesome.

merchandisers for only $30 !
