Guest guest
I hear you on the over-stuffed feeling - yesterday wasn't bad, but today we ate A LOT of junk. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.... Donna Subject: Cardio for stepsTo: Cathe_Friedrich_Fans , exercisevideos , fitandthatsit Date: Sunday, June 17, 2012, 6:25 PM I've eaten so bad this whole weekend and today really pushed me over the edge. I feel so bloated and so gross. worked last night and he ended up staying up all day. We went to church this morning and that was really nice. won a gift card there. They had all the dads come to the front and whatever number they pulled out of this can was who won and it was 4, 's number. This was only our second time going and I liked it really well this time. To be honest, I don't like all the music, it lasts too long. I like hearing the preacher preach, which he does so well. I just love hearing him. So, finally laid down around 4 this afternoon. I looked down at my fitbit and only seen 5,000 steps that so much less then what I get through the week and Friday and Saturday I didn't make it to even 10,000. So that led me to pull out a cardio DVD and get my steps. With feeling so full I didn't want ANY jumping and really didn't want to get my heart rate up that much. I did CTX All Step and Step & Intervals (intervals only) I didn't wear shoes and didn't use the step. I also didn't do any arm movements, just legs. I kept it all low impact and managed to go from 5,000 steps to 10,000 in 45 minutes. I ended this with All Step stretch, which felt really nice. Like I said, my heart rate didn't really even get up there at all, but I didn't care. It was nice just moving my body and not feeling like I had to push it or keep up with Cathe. I hope you all had a nice Father's Day with your families. ´¨¨)) -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- ~-:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
Guest guest
I admire how you ALWAYS get in your 10K steps and that you do step workouts sans step. It's like... an advanced ! Way to go! Guest guest
I admire how you ALWAYS get in your 10K steps and that you do step workouts sans step. It's like... an advanced ! I don't always get the 10,000. Well, I do get them through the week, but most times I don't on the weekends. I LOVE mimicking while doing the step workouts. I try to stay on the same step counts and on the same foot, but when I can't mimic exactly, I do my own thing and I still end up on the same foot and same counts. I just love that. Thanks for saying that! ´¨¨)) -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- ~-:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
