Hi Everyone,

Today I did Charlene's Living Proof which is an approx. hour long step workout. In this workout Charlene (age 54 when this was filmed) and her backgrounders (Rene -age 52 at filing and - age 56 at filming) show that they are 'living proof" of a healthy lifestyle - each lady is over 50 in this workout (which, these days does not sound so far off to me!! LOL!) Charlene again uses 3 risers (10 inch step) for this workout! I feel so wimpy doing it w 1 riser (6 inche step) - I probably could have handled 8 b/c there isn't a whole lot of complexity or propulsion moves. Maybe next time!I didn't have much time to stretch, so I just did a bit on my own afterwards.

Tomorrow - some kind of strength workout!!Donna

Watch out for those gals over 50, they are tough ladies. Heck, look at Austin, she's been around a long time and to me, looks like she's in her 30's.~~ Sent from my Thunderbolt 4GLTE ----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >, <FitFirmies >Subject: Wed - Charlene StepDate: Wed, Apr 11, 2012 9:32 am Hi Everyone,Today I did Charlene's Living Proof which is an approx. hour long step workout.
