Carolyn, Judy, Jen - X-Factor, when do you start?

Hi!I was actually thinking I may join you in this rotation! Are you starting next week? I'm enjoying the Charelene P. workouts, but I think they will work better for me when I'm on my summer schedule (extra time in the mornings) b/c I'm not devoting enough time to flexibility training and I can see disaster waiting in the wings for me. Jan and Feb I felt great b/c I made a lot of time to stretch - and I can feel the effects of slacking off in March. Charlene's workouts are mostly an hour long and it is hard to me to consistently fit in a separate yoga, Classical Stretch or athletic stretch segment in.

So...I 'm thinking X-Factor may be perfect, on the "X" days, I can certainly add in a sufficient flexiblity training session of approx 30 min.

Is it ok if I join you guys? :)Donna

yay!!! my start date is this coming monday, april 16 for 8 weeks:

> day 1 - xfactor week # (#=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 40 mins

> day 2 - cardio choice

> day 3 - xfactor glutes & thighs (17 min) + xfactor abs (12 min) +

> xfactor yoga (25 min)

> day 4 - cardio choice

> day 5 - xfactor week # (same workout as day 1)

> day 6 - cardio choice

> day 7 - rest

>

> perform days 1-7 for 8 weeks, then do xfactor 'total body final

> challenge' (24 mins but must add on own warmup and cooldown) on

> the last day (day 56)

Excellent!! I will start Sunday 4/15 - so I can do the X workouts Sun, Tues, Thurs and my cardio workouts on Mon, Wed, Fri (all to accommodate my weekly walk date!) :)

I think these will work better w/ my schedule right now.

I'm also, darn it, looking for Tai Cheng...Judy has me very interested... :)
