Guest guest Posted July 5, 2012 Report Share Posted July 5, 2012 I actually FELT like doing legs today, which is extremely rare, so I decided to jump on it and get 'er done! I'm feeling it already. My workout is different than Noel's so I feel it in different ways. 3 sets of 10 leg press (I like the ones at Noels and CAC a lot better)(80) 100, 120, 120prone hamstring curl machine55, 55, 50seated leg extension machine 50, 50, 50dumbell squats30's, 35's, 35'skettlebell plie squats35, 35, 35single leg kettlebell deadlift 15, 15, 15 - these are soooooooo hard for me, esp. at the end of the workout. I forgot to add I also did bodyweight lunges. I'm thinking for a future leg day I need to do a lunge-a-thon where you do lunges, reverse lunges, bowlers' lunges, side lunges to a woodchop, etc. wow, pinky, i can see why you dread your leg workouts....LOL you so rock ::high five:: :*carolyn. But I know there's hard muscle underneath!
