Leg Day at the Sweat Shop

I actually FELT like doing legs today, which is extremely rare, so I decided to jump on it and get 'er done!   I'm feeling it already.  My workout is different than Noel's so I feel it in different ways.  3 sets of 10

leg press (I like the ones at Noels and CAC a lot better)(80) 100, 120, 120prone hamstring curl machine55, 55, 50seated leg extension machine

50, 50, 50dumbell squats30's, 35's, 35'skettlebell plie squats35, 35, 35single leg kettlebell deadlift

15, 15, 15  - these are soooooooo hard for me, esp. at the end of the workout.

Hugs!  Thanks Cola Pop!  I do dread Leg Day, but for whatever reason I actually felt like doing it today so I seized the opportunity!   I forgot to add I also did bodyweight lunges.  I'm thinking for a future leg day I need to do a lunge-a-thon where you do lunges, reverse lunges, bowlers' lunges, side lunges to a woodchop, etc.

oooo, i likes me some lunges too... sounds like fun :)

im seriously thinking of an upcoming video rotation.... tonight

my dh told me that my triceps look kind of saggy...lol... kind

of funny but also kind of not funny.

i need to do something kind of easy to get back into the swing,

ive been away so long... kickbox has always been my go-to

workout, so maybe taebo and turbo jam?

i would also like to do some more of the beachbody pump workouts

(with light weights). im hoping that i will have free time on

saturday to do a nice workout and be inspired to get back into my

workout groove.

It's not the tricepts that are saggy -- " just " the skin! Between losing weight

and getting older, I have saggy skin all over. Bleah! But I know there's hard

muscle underneath!
