Guest guest Posted May 22, 2012 Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 Hi, I did another routine from my new yoga DVD Fit Body Yoga. I did the "upper body" I liked this one better. These are pretty tough routines, but for 20 minutes I can deal. I think what really makes me like this DVD is the instructor. She's really good!! After that, I decided to do some abs. I pulled Rapid Fire Results and did the standing and floor abs. She uses 5 lb DB and a med ball. I did the same, but for the floor I grabbed my 3 lb soft ball for that. Her ab routines are really tough. I even did the stretch at the end.
