Leg Day part 2 for the week was riding my bike for 30-40 minutes up some steep ass hills up to and in  Mt. Tabor and environs. I purposefully parked Mike the Bike by the

door inside like I did when I was in my apartment so that I will be forced to look at him and ride him more often.  Also, this will make for more room in Studio LouLou!Like running, cycling is a connective sport, seeing others out and about biking, being around all the pretty spring fleurs, etc. On a lil endorphin high at the moment!Hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day.   Tomorrow it's back to the grind!

I love riding. I don't even own a bike anymore. Glad you enjoyed it.~~ Sent from my Thunderbolt 4GLTE ----- Reply message -----To: " Exercise Videos " <exercisevideos >Subject: Bike Ride through Mt. TaborDate: Mon, May 28, 2012 6:44 pm
