Guest guest
Good morning! Today was Rapid Fire with Chung doing the warm up and the kick box segments. Then it was onto meso 2 #21 back work. Here's how the back work went. Lat pull downs w/ band- blue T- pulls w/ band- peach Y's w/band- peach Pull ups & chin ups- I did pullovers instead 12/10/8 reps using 38 BB rows 12/10/8 reps 65 One arm rows (double wave load) 12/10/8 reps 30/32/34 ---repeat I skipped the dead lifts as usual. Here's a little bit of a rant.................. Cathe uses her 2 lb removable weighted gloves. She makes changing the weights look so easy. I'm SO disappointed in my gloves which are the same ones she is supposedly using. My zipper is broke. Its broke right in the middle so if I try to force it to come unzipped it will break and then I won't be able to use that glove so I just leave it the way it is and not take any weight out. It just killed me though the way she took hers in and out so easily. Even if mine wasn't broke I wouldn't have time to take them in and out, just too tight of a fit. The zipper broke from forcing the weights in and out. Anyway, the workout ended up being an hour and 5 minutes (I added on HST stretch) and I burned 418 calories, avg 133, max 173, steps 3,552 Have a great day! Guest guest
Yes I agree, it pains me to hear how you toss and turn! What do you do after you drop the kids off to school? Can you take a nap then? Hugs > */Lately, sleeping has been worse than ever. I toss and turn the > entire night until I'm totally exhausted by morning. Its been > this bad for about 2 weeks now. /* OMG michelle, this must be awful. i know that you have already spoken to doctors about it but i hope that you can continue to search for an answer. being a kid and having spring/summer allergies really sucks. i loved track and field day but would always get an allergy attack and then an asthma attack back in the 60's there wasnt much they would do for it. so i was pretty upset when my own son starting having the same thing happen to him, although we were in the 2000's then, luckily. i would give him liquid OTC kids allergy medicine for a few weeks every spring, and that seemed to take the edge off. now that he is in puberty (13 yrs old), he takes an adult allergy pill once in a while if he needs one (which is what i do as well). there are quite a few different formulas of OTC allergy meds, so i kept trying different ones to see which worked best for us. i would be happy to get rid of 6am workouts for a few months! LOL but of course i am not a morning person. im loving my sunset walks, btw i need to remember to take my camera tonight! what time will you schedule your workout while there is no school, michelle? i need to get on a better schedule but my deli hours are all over the place ::sigh:: :*carolyn.
