Ok - so I previewed this one - not sure if I will do it - there is NO warm-up...you go straight to mountain climbers! The lady who leads it is really annoying - she never shuts up and she is shrill.... And, it seems that they picked the highest impact exercises and strung them all together. You do everything for only 30 seconds, then repeat the circuit one time after a water break. Not sure if I will do this or if I will just do Week 8's discs next week and then call it " good " ! Guest guest Posted May 29, 2012 Report Share Posted May 29, 2012 > This doesn't sound like fun at all to me. ive watched some of the day 56 workout 'final challenge' and it looks stupid crazy. i also noted that it has no warmup and i dont think there is a cooldown either. i dont like the female instructor either. why she leads some of the workouts in this set is beyond me... nahesi is great, they should have stuck with him. i would not blame you for skipping this workout donna. you are making a major accomplishment finishing out week 8! and you are getting fabulous results! :*carolyn.
