Guest guest Posted May 29, 2012 Report Share Posted May 29, 2012 Ok - so I previewed this one - not sure if I will do it - there is NO warm-up...you go straight to mountain climbers! The lady who leads it is really annoying - she never shuts up and she is shrill.... And, it seems that they picked the highest impact exercises and strung them all together. You do everything for only 30 seconds, then repeat the circuit one time after a water break. Not sure if I will do this or if I will just do Week 8's discs next week and then call it "good"!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
