Guest guest
its your brain being temporarily lit up like a christmas tree by the ssri instigating releace of neurotransmitter and preventing what was released to not be stored again for future use. > > Do you feel that SSRI's, induced you with hypomania (a less severe > form of bp mania)? > > I ask this because when I was first put on seroxat, I felt a prolonged > state of hypomania. Guest guest
Can we add some kind of OCD to the list? although it's diminisihig, my obsessed state i mean, i realize now looking back how badly i was stuck with my own thoughts..day by day all my very important 'theories' become more silent in my mind, but it is astonishing to see how deep i was..the worst part of it is that the past 9 months (may be even more)are almost absent in my memory, they are just like thin air. all that i have seen or read..it just vanishes. > > Do you feel that SSRI's, induced you with hypomania (a less severe > form of bp mania)? > > I ask this because when I was first put on seroxat, I felt a prolonged > state of hypomania. Guest guest
There is a med called Desmopressin that will help your memory. " ..the worst part of it is that the past 9 months (may be > even more)are almost absent in my memory, they are just like thin air. all that i have seen or read..it just vanishes. Guest guest
Interestingly enough, the drug Selegiline that I was asking about is also a nitric oxide stimulator and is used to treat Alzheimer's patients. It might work for memory in your instance as well. (See the link I posted earlier about the fellow who was on Paxil and then took it.) Also, here is the info on the NO. http://www.selegiline.com/selegno.html > " ..the worst part of it is that the past 9 months (may be > > even more)are almost absent in my memory, they are just like thin air. > all that i have seen or read..it just vanishes. Guest guest
i couldnt get the link about the guy on paxil working, but yeah it looks like that drug is promising for pssd, the only thing that worrys me is the irrevocably word in wiki about it. > > " ..the worst part of it is that the past 9 months (may be > > > even more)are almost absent in my memory, they are just like thin > air. > > all that i have seen or read..it just vanishes.
