hi ronda!

oh, yeah christi... she can be quite complicated with her

choreography. but she is one of the best instructors for

cueing... i do think that if you keep trying to get a bit further

each time that you do this workout, then you will have alot of

fun with it. repetition is the key and once you learn it, then

you can really fly :)

i actually have this workout but have never done it.. too scared!

LOL so you are a braver woman than me! at least it isnt one

of her step workouts which can be even scarier.

however, christi taylor does have a much easier dvd called

'mission possible' which i can actually do and have fun... two

workouts, one floor, one step. and another one called 'cardio

collectibles' which i also finally figured out, although i have

to do the step workout on that one without the step ;)

oooo do tell all about billy's new workout!!! he has so many

now, i have given up on trying to keep up with that man!! im

going to look at a clip of 'sweating'. thanks for mentioning it

and i hope that you enjoyed the workout!

Hi Carolyn!

I think I might get Mission Possible next time I have $ to get new exercise

dvd's. Christi seems like a great instructor, and I'm sure the routines will be

fun and the time will pass by so fast once I learn them. Thank you for the

encouragement! I'll do it in baby steps.:)

As for the Blanks Sweat off the Sizes...he did a lot of Tae Bo moves,

which were mostly easy for me to follow. He started each move slow at first, and

then went to a cardio pace. I was really sweating by the end! There were a few

slightly more complicated routines thrown in that I'll have to work up to. And

there was one move I had a hard time keeping my balance for, because it was

hopping and kicking out to the side really fast. I probably looked pretty

klutzy, lol. BB really has a great, motivating personality, and made it fun.

The people in the class were doing the counts of 8 through most of it, too.

I think I'll try to do that again within the next few days. Today I took a

break. Tomorrow I'm going to do something with weights, not sure what yet.

address and i will send you a free backup copy (dvdr) of this dvd

so you can try it to see if you like it.

sounds like it is in his signature taebo style and that he is as
