I have used most of the machines discussed and of all the ones here I've used there is not one, except maybe the leg press, but I can see where that wouldn't be so great either, that I actually liked. Most I either felt unsafe in (that leg extension hurt my knee and when I told a trainer it did she told me I'd get used to it, I never went to her again) or just said what is the point of this (that would be the outer thigh machine especially)? http://health.yahoo.net/articles/fitness/photos/10-exercise-machines-avoid#0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
