Good morning!!

Today was cardio. I decided to go with 's 30MTF Step Boxing. I did workouts 1 & 2 premix. This DVD is so fun!! I wore my 1 lb gloves and it worked great.

I haven't decided whether I want to preorder her new workouts or wait for a clip. Still thinking on that.

Workout was 57 mins and I burned 457 calories, avg 149, max 198 (no way. Had to be a mess up) steps 6,793.
