Legs are shaking at my desk. I will be in trouble tomorrow and Wednesday..

Oh boy, I bet you will. I have legs down for tomorrow. I have down Turbo Barre. I've done this one just once before and as bad as I burned I never did get sore. I hate workouts like that. You work so freakin' hard and get no pain later lol.

I agree 100% on this!  I feel like if I'm not sore within 2 days then I'm not building muscle. I like to know that my time was well spent!

 I hate workouts like that.  You work so freakin' hard and get no pain later lol.

Leg Day at the Sweat Shop = I'm in trouble tomorrow

Another grueling Leg Day Tuesday at the Sweat Shop with my friend, ! 3 sets of 10 (interesting, I do 20+ more lbs at CAC for these same machines only at CAC they are Life Fitness machines, some are at different inclines/declines, and angles though)

leg extension machine (flex)

40, 40, 40

prone hamstring machine (flex)

40, 40, 40

leg press machine (flex)

100, 100, 120

kettlebell plie squats

35 lb bell

dumbell squats

30's, 35's, 35's

lunges

bodyweight all 3 sets

dumbell dead lifts

30's, 35's, 35's

single leg kettlebell dead lifts

15, 15, 15
