tyrosine supplementation - any advice for long term effective use?

tyrosine was the only amino / supplement to dramatically improve my PSSD but

sadly, quit

working after 500mg/day for three weeks.

i've since tried l-phenylaline, mucuna pruiens and currently wellbutrin with

little result.

can anyone suggest a strategy to get the tyrosine working again? perhaps a

cycling

schedule or non-regular usage (high dosage only prior to sexual activity?)
