My friend Sherry is new to lifting weights so today I led her through a chest workout.  3 sets of 10:pushups - toesmachine presses, overhand grip - 50, 60, 60machine presses, side grip - 40, 60, 50

dumbell flys - 20's, 20's, 15'sdumbell presses - 20's, 20's, 20'seasy crunches  -20 to the center, 20 elbow to knee left, 20 elbow to knee right (didn't want to kill her!)

She's feeling it already, and I'm sadistically smiling :)  I gave her some strawberry whey protein powder to add to her greek yogurt to feed her muscles.  I'm TIRED so when I get home it's time to take that power nap, then do some CARDIO at Studio LouLou!
