Guest guest
Smita, What are you doing in Yoga that bothers your wrists? It should be very easy to adapt most poses to take stress completely off the wrists. Please feel welcome to let me know, and--if you want to continue your Yoga practice--I'll be happy to help you. (I've taught Yoga for more than 30 years.) I certainly can't do Yoga poses the way I could before RA but do my best with adapted poses; they're very helpful to me. Before RA caught me, I taught Yoga to many people with special needs--never thought, in those days, that I'd be using the adaptations for myself! Thanks for the tip about Austin. I'm going to check out this show. Prakasha On Apr 12, 2006, at 11:38 PM, basak_s wrote: > I also like Austin's Lite and Be Fit - it's on Lifetime in > the mornings but I DVR it.
