Smita,

What are you doing in Yoga that bothers your wrists? It should be very

easy to adapt most poses to take stress completely off the wrists.

Please feel welcome to let me know, and--if you want to continue your

Yoga practice--I'll be happy to help you. (I've taught Yoga for more

than 30 years.) I certainly can't do Yoga poses the way I could before

RA but do my best with adapted poses; they're very helpful to me.

Before RA caught me, I taught Yoga to many people with special

needs--never thought, in those days, that I'd be using the adaptations

for myself!

Thanks for the tip about Austin. I'm going to check out this

show.
