Guest guest Posted April 23, 2012 Report Share Posted April 23, 2012 I did the TF " EZ 45 " -- I sure hope that EZ doesn't mean " easy, " or I'm sunk! I think it was supposed to ... I did the " new to class " option, and will probably need it for the next few time through that. The moves are all classic Chalene, just mixed around differently. I recall someone said they didn't like the way she always warms up in pretty much the same manner -- but that consistency is something I really like. I guess I'm very much a creature of habit. I also did the Stretch 10 afterwards. I didn't keep track of any calorie burn -- I just put forth my best effort. Dad's still in the hospital trying to dissolve a blood clot, and Mom needs constant watching, by me now, since Dad is away! It's not as easy I thought it would be. I'm feeling a bit tethered to the house, as it's not safe to let her out of hearing range. Indyrose, who needed a hard workout tonight...
