Guest guest Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 I wasn't even going to mention this unremarkable Sweat Shop workout except that for the last 5 minutes I decided to go at the maximum level. I was surprised that it only goes up to level 20, and it wasn't really *that* hard. My spin bike can provide more resistance than this can! I can't believe the stupid stuff people do at the gym sometimes. This guy was running at a pretty good clip on the treadmill next to me, but with his arms out to the side like a T. He stumbled and picked himself back up at one point but still not sure what the point of that was? To air out his pits or something???
