Had a fun night doing shoulders.  I won't bore you with the deets because they are the same as the last time only I swapped out front raises for a LIfe Fitness shoulder press machine - my Shotty Shoulder just jwasn't happy doing the front raises..

The best part was of course the Executive Workout afterward with Will.  I did some lower body stretches in the hot tub and we pressed our feet together and pushed each other so that we would rise up and fall in.  When I got too hot I grabbed a noodle and idly floated for a lap or two in the pool.  I can hardly walk today..

Am eating a most yummy post workout snack and thought I would share!  It's a brownie in a mug:1 whole egg and 1 egg white1 scoop casein protein (slower digesting than whey, for night time muscle feeding!)

1 packet of Equal or whateverI added a splash of water too, as a casein mixture can be quite viscousBeat the ingredients in a standard coffee mug, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then 10 seconds, stir, 10 seconds again.  It's fun to watch it rise high before your eyes!

When you take it out it drops a little, and presto!  A warm protein brownie!  I may add a tablespoon of PB2 next time.  It could also be good with some cinnamon added to it, or nutmeg?I may need to bring a mixture of this to work with me in a glass tupperware container for when I get an attack of the 3:00 munchies.  Hmmm...
