Guest guest Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 Hi Everyone,Back on the exercise wagon today - I did Tracie Long's Weight Less workout and a short yoga practice - the bonus practice - from Candlelight Yoga. I also did a few of my own stretches. My back is really tight from the stress of the last few days. Things are getting better, though. Hope everyone has a good day!I think I can stay on track w/ my rotation this week if I skip the rest days and work through Saturday. yay!
