Guest guest Posted May 27, 2012 Report Share Posted May 27, 2012 Hi Everyone, I didn't feel like X-Factor Week # 7 this morning - but htat is ok b/c I only have to do it 2X this week! So, I did Tracie Long's Breakthrough instead - a very nice med ball workout - I was dripping w/ sweat (it was a hot, humid ,morning - but it was a challenging workout regardless). Anyway - I loved it ! I may just do a Tracie Long rotation after X-Factor - they will compliment each other well, I think. I like that Tracie focuses a lot on balance - I finished up w/ Sara Ivanhoe's 20 min yoga makeover - Weight Loss practice which was essentially a flow series w/ your basic postures.
