Good morning!

Today was S & H Legs & Shoulders. Again, I did my own reps and speed.

LEGS:

Pre-exhaust (lunges) 12 DB (followed Cathe)

Squats 25 reps 3 sets (45 BB)

Pre-exhaust (rear lunges) 12 DB (followed Cathe)

Static Lunge 25 reps 3 sets (20 DB) These fried!

Side Lunge (Skipped) I don't get much out of this one

Plie Squat 25 reps 3 sets (30 DB)

Calve Raises 25 reps 2 sets (20 DB)

SHOULDERS:

Front Raise 12 reps 3 sets 10 (my elbow killed me on these)

Side Lateral 12 reps 3 sets 8 (should've used 10)

Posterior Delt (followed Cathe on the 8 slow reps) 3 sets 7

Seated overhead press 12 reps 2 sets 15

Side Lying Ext. Rotator (followed Cathe on the 8 slow reps) 2 sets 5

My chest is sore this morning but didn't seem to affect the shoulder work. My legs are cooked!!
