Had a nice moment at the Fixed Pulldown machine.  I saw someone sit next to me and when I was done with the set I look over and see Lucy from the Group Kick class.  She goes, " WOW, 85 pounds?? the most I ever do is 50-60! "   Keep in mind she's around 5 feet tall and probably weighs 100 lbs..

Anyway, I promised her a Lou BOSU workout so that will be fun to create :)Tonite's back workout, usual 3 sets of 10 per Noel's instructions!warmup exerciseLife Fitness Seated Rows
