Guest guest
Jen, It may be well to follow your Dr's advise even if you hate the inserts. My inserts wouldn't fit into my hiking boots very well, so I went hiking without them. I took a small hop over a stream, and ended up ripping the PF ligament. Luckily we were very near the car, since DH had to help me out of the woods! It ended up needing surgery after that. Just my experience...YMMV Indyrose > > My Plantar Fasciitis has gone away but the side of my right foot and my ankle still hurt. I hope they feel better tomorrow because I don't want to skip walking! > > I will post my workout tomorrow sometime because I need to get to bed, tomorrow I have an early assignment for work. > > Jen > > >

Guest guest
Ouch! That sounds terrible. I hope your feet feel better soon! Ronda P.S. It's so inspiring that you manage to get workouts in, in spite of all your foot pain. And others in the group, too. You are all amazing. > > My Plantar Fasciitis has gone away but the side of my right foot and my ankle still hurt. Guest guest
Yep I did feel like a cripple with the PF. It's gone now but I have a little swelling by my ankle bone from tendonitis, it doesn't hurt though so it's not too bad. I have to make sure that I stretch and tape my feet MYSELF if the PF starts to act up again. The bottom of my feet are a little sore today but not too bad. I'm going to skip walking though to give them a break. I will still do a Gilad workout or two. About your knee. I didn't wear the stupid wrap-around brace the Dr. gave me. Instead I found a pull-on brace with metal stays that works awesome for me. I don't run funny and I wear them on both knees...have to, otherwise knee-caps would go out.To happy feet AND knees, Jen--- On Tue, 3/27/12, Judy S wrote:Subject: Re: My Podiatrist visitTo: "exercisevideos " <exercisevideos >Date: Tuesday, March 27, 2012, 7:41 AM yikes!! Guest guest
Thank you Ronda! I know, or hope I know when to listen to my body and slow down...don't want to get injured and not be able to exercise at all.
