Guest guest
* " Histadelics tend to respond well to ssri antidepressants but due to our sensitivity they usually come with a host of negative side effects. " " It seems the higher the histamine levels, the lower are key neurotransmitter levels, including serotonin. " " These individuals cannot efficiently create serotonin since vitamin B6 is an important factor in the last step of its synthesis. " *** Thanks to the kinesiologist/nutritionist I started seeing in October, I have found out that I have both Histadelia and Pyroluria. I suggest everyone get a blood/urine test for histamine level, and run through the symptoms on the link below to see if you qualify for either condition. Testing is extremely easy to do. The Pyroluria urine test costs $50 and does not require a doctor. The histamine test does, and not all labs have it. I would suggest to run through the symptoms first and use your head. Wouldn't be surprised if more than a few people here have these issues. Took about four days and still getting better, but the difference is like night and day. My anxiety, tension, nervousness, depression, sadness, lack of concentration, lack of motivation, they are all gone in four days. My confidence and personality have returned, so has my sense of humor, and desire to actually have fun and be with other people. I am taking vitamin B6, p5p (active B6), zinc, manganese evening primrose oil, methionine, tryptophan, vitamin C, and inositol. Some are more important than others, you have to find the correct dosages. Good overall picture and how it all ties into neurotransmitters: http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:nsAXj4OlruIJ:www.gilbertssyndrome.com/aller\ gies.php+quercetin+histapenia & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=8 & gl=us & client=firefox-a <http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:nsAXj4OlruIJ:www.gilbertssyndrome.com/alle\ rgies.php+quercetin+histapenia & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=8 & gl=us & client=firefox-a> Histadelia symptoms and treatment. http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:q-l1uky_hZMJ:www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C4470\ 56.html+histadelia & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=1 & gl=us & client=firefox-a <http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:q-l1uky_hZMJ:www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C447\ 056.html+histadelia & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=1 & gl=us & client=firefox-a> Pyroluria symptoms and treatment: http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:T7epSoU1eVEJ:www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C3723\ 80.html+pyroluria & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=3 & gl=us & client=firefox-a <http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:T7epSoU1eVEJ:www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C372\ 380.html+pyroluria & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=3 & gl=us & client=firefox-a> http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:O95qklXHH0sJ:www.drkaslow.com/html/pyroluri\ a.html+pyroluria+serotonin & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=6 & gl=us & client=firefox-a <http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cache:O95qklXHH0sJ:www.drkaslow.com/html/pyrolur\ ia.html+pyroluria+serotonin & hl=en & ct=clnk & cd=6 & gl=us & client=firefox-a> My pyroluria test showed me at 15, which was in the " borderline " range of 10 to 20. However, the symptoms were all there and I treatment has shown that I definitely have it. Shay **
