2 scoops iForce Red Velvet Cake Protein powder (chocolate of any brand will do)1 serving General Foods Dark Mayan Chocolate international coffee1 cup organic unsweetened almond milkkey ingredient - coffee ice cubes!

Whirl all the ingredients in the magic bullet with half a tray of coffee ice cubs made the night before.  OMG this tastes like a fancy coffee drink from Starbucks!325 calories

Often after heavy lifting, yes, to feed protein to my muscles.  I also often have one for breakfast if I'm in a hurry and sip it on the bus :)

Do you drink it after working out?
