I did the warm up and the first and second combos. I did this all on the floor. I caught on a little bit better this time. I really like the music in this workout, really makes you want to move. My HR still stayed really low though. After that, I put in Janet Stone and did the Dance Shiva section. This was fun! No more bathroom trips.
