Chest at CAC + attempt at eliptical

3 sets of 10:warmup exercisechest press (hammerstrength)(20) 20, 25, 25 per armisolateral incline press (hammerstrength)30, 35, 30 per arm (failed on the 8th rep last two sets)isolateral decline press (hammerstrength)

40, 35, 35 per armisolateral bench press (hammerstrength)25, 25, 25 per armdumbell flys12.5's, 15's, 15'ssingle arm kettlebell press20, 20, 20After that I went to join will in the Cardio Studio on the eliptical but he cracks me up and I didn't get much done!  In the 10 minutes I was there I burned 80 calories -better than nothing, I guess!  He has weird form with his left leg, he cocks it out to the side at the top of the revolution because he's afraid he's going to bang his knee on the lever.  This bugs his leg after awhile so he does this " tap " type of thing after awhile.  I giggled which egged him on and he put  both feet on the same pedal and i busted up.  I tried it and it was hard, you had to use your arms more LOL. 

Steam room and hot tub were blissful, as usual, as was the cool off laps in the pool.

I love the stories about you and Will, so fun! Is hammerstrength a brand of machine? I'm, as always, super impressed with your weights, ! I want to be like you and on those flys!! I'm printing out the triceps workout and finally doing it in a little while. Had planned to yesterday but adventures with my car, my child (who called needing to be picked up from school because he had to work with a teacher on something afterwards) and work (so behind on paperwork, I hate paperwork, got caught up yesterday though, for now anyway) were higher priorities. I could have fit something in, I just didn't want to have to expend any more energy honestly. I was frustrated, tired and whiny! :-) On the good side though, I did get my paperwork done, I did get prepared for today's onslaught (which I had considered putting off until this morning then rushing around like a crazy person to get i done) and of course, I got the kid and the car. It is all good in its own way.

Your workouts always look tough, but you also always seem like you have such a good time. I wish I could go there. :)

I'd love to work out with YOU!  I know you could kick my butt and I'd love that!
