Sorry to keep bringing this up but I have no one else to express how bummed I am about this to. Look how cheerful and upbeat she was here, the day before..

I know. This might sound dumb, but while I was doing yoga I kept thinking about her and I even said a prayer asking God to help her family through this. I also had to ask "WHY"!!!!!!!!!

The day hasn't been the best for me and then when I heard this it just finished it off for me.

I feel the same way - in fact, I went to find her last message - it goes to show how precious life is and how it can be taken away at a moment's notice. She was always so positive and glowing - and she seemed to love life and have fun - I remember her posts about going to ball games, her favorite hang-outs, her spin classes, her work (she always provided the best research to us!) and, of course, her dogs. I wonder what happened to the dog that survived? I hope he is in a good home. I hope her boyfriend and family are able to come to terms with this - although I never met her in person, I'm incredibly saddened by her untimely departure from this earth! I'm also somewhat "weirded" out in that I probably heard on the news about her accident. It gives me a very surreal feeling.

I live in land & I do remember hearing about the accident, just never imagined it was someone from the exercise group. Sounds crazy but I don't feel like exercising today after hearing this, it gives me a moment of pause to reflect on what is important & to remember to enjoy life also, don't just focus on my shortcomings but appreciate all life has to offer.Di To:

She gave me lots of advice on teachig spin and shared many playlists with me. She will be missed. Judy and I exchanged posted about our surgery (hysterectomy) we had done around the same time, five years ago. And last January (I think) Judy and I did CLX together. We were suppose to do it again but we never did. I've been very depressed because of my cats but I know that I have to keep moving forward. Life is a precious gift that can be taken away at any time. Judy is a reminder for me and I would like to live my life like she did! Happy and doing what she loved! Jen

I was missing her already, but thought that maybe she was just busy. That happens to many of us of us sometimes. Life gets crazy and we drop out for a while. Along with Jen, Carolyn, and , she was a Fitbit "friend". I check our leader board every day when I sync my Fitbit. A while back noticed that she wasn't there any more. I thought that maybe she had lost her Fitbit, or maybe it broke, or maybe she blocked display on leaderboard, but that last one didn't seem likely. I never, ever imagined this.

i also noticed that judy was not ranking on the fitbit leader

board which did seem strange to me because i figured she was at

dog trials and getting alot of steps. like you i thought she

had lost her fitbit again.....

what an amazing woman, all of her accomplishments blow me away, i
