Yikes! seated leg press(150) 150, 160, 170 (up 10 lbs)hack squat140, 140, 130 (up 20 lbs)leg extension 75, 75, 70seated hamstring curl60, 60 ,60prone hamstring curl60, 60 55adductor machine170, 180, 180 (up 10 lbs)abductor machine 170, 180, 180 (up 10 lbs)After that I did 30 minutes on the eliptical to shake it all out, the went to the stretching station, this cool " machine " with different barres and such to stretch the entire body. The hot tub felt great afterward, and I could feel myself dozing off. Tomorrow - because the gym gives me something to do and gets me out of the house - abs and biceps!
