I was going to do a rotation with Beach Body's Brazil butt lift, Hip Hop Abs and Rev Abs but I really don't want to exercise inside until I have to. I think I'm more of an outside exerciser, especially when it comes to walking and playing sand volleyball. I can't picture myself stuck inside on a beautiful summer day! My plan for the rest of the summer is to walk once or twice a day, practice swimming in my pool or doing water exercise AND playing sand volleyball. Being outside automatically cheers me up and I need that right now!
