Guest guest Posted July 29, 2012 Report Share Posted July 29, 2012 Hi - Today was 10 lb slimdown xtreme total body - I uppsed my weights from last time - this one is challenging, but do-able (as opposed to the lower body one from this series which is really hard!) I did a Namaste Yoga practice as an add-on. Happy Sunday!Tomorrow is Cardio - just not sure what I'm doing yet.... Here's my plan for the next two weeks: Sunday - 10 lb slimdown xtreme total body & yoga/stretchMonday - Cardio & yoga/stretchTuesday - 10 lb slimdown original upper body (or lower body) & YogaWed - 10 lb slimdown xtreme core & yoga/stretchThursday - either cardio or the 10 lb slimdown original that I didn't do on Tuesday & YogaFriday - either cardio or the 10 lb slimdown original (whatever I didn't do on Thursday) & YogaThen, for next week I want to force myself to do a Sat workout b/c DD is having her b-day sleepover Sat into Sun so I will likely not workout:Sat - 10 lb slimdown xtreme Upper bodySun - RestMon - Cardio & YogaTues - 10 lb slimdown original total body & YogaWed - 10 lb slimdown xtreme lower bodyThurs - 10 lb slimdown original core & Yogafriday - Cardio (walk) & yogaWe shall see!
