Good Sunday morning!

Got myself a Sunday workout in for the first time in a long time. I got a couple loaners that I wanted to try so I figured today would be a good day.

I did The Firm Express Get Thin in 30. This is led by Welch. After that, I put in The Firm Fat Blasting Cardio. This was a fun combo.

I burned 316 calories, avg 133, max 180, steps 4,449
