Well I know that that is certainly the case with me!  If it were about working out I'd be an iron woman already.  I just eat too much...eating is such a sensory pleasure..

In brief, the claim is that overeating is the bigger culprit in the obesity epidemic, rather than the Western " sedentary " lifestyle.

Actually this doesn't surprise me.

Interesting and absolutely plausible. My biggest struggle has always been to keep my calories down. I am active, and this is still something I need to stay on top of.
