While I was doing Chest, the two fun regular workout video ladies were doing Insanity. They started with Turbo Jam, then Turbo Fire, and now....Insanity! Wow.. inspiring! 3 sets of 10:seated press, overhand grip40, 50, 60seated press, side grip40, 40, 40butterfly machine 25, 20, 20 (I can never go very high on this one and it's a somewhat dangerous machine so better to err on light than heavy)dumbell presses20s, 25s, 25s dumbell flys20s, 15s, 15ssingle arm kettlebell presses20, 20, 20My friend in New Jersey got her new Turbo Kick routine so I hope to check that out tonite!
