Guest guest Posted May 22, 2012 Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 Hi Everyone, My workout today was X-Factor Week # 6 - my back felt good this morning (my SI joint has been not too happy the last few days...)-so I went for it. I modified some things - but I can tell I can do more than when I started this 6 weeks ago (frog jumps are easier, airplane to train is easier, I feel I can do more push-ups in general) - so that is all good! I also had time for some add-ons. Since I really enjoyed Tamilee yesterday I added on 2 segments from her Tight On Time Body Blast - I did the lower body floor work (classic lower body work done on the floor -leg lifts, donkey kicks, etc.) and the core segment (Pilates-ish). Both very nice! I added on the stretch from my old standby - Core Fusion Pilates Plus. Tomorrow is some type of cardio and a stretch.
