There was one guy there, I forget his name, and he kept doing these crappy pullups that involved a lot of momentum, swinging, and jerking. Man I hate that - dude, just use the assisted pullup machine, you aren't impressing anyone! seated tricep press machinelevel (7) 9, 9, 9 (12 levels total)tricep extension machine55, 55, 55rope pull (single pulley)35, 35, 30supine barbell tricep press40, 40, 40 single arm kickback 12, 12, 12kettlebell pullover35, 35, 35Did my 25 minutes / 300 calories' worth on the eliptical, then walked the 15 blocks home.
