Triceps, Eliptical, and walk home

It felt good to be back on the Cascade floor lifting.  There was one guy there, I forget his name, and he kept doing these crappy pullups that involved a lot of momentum, swinging, and jerking.  Man I hate that - dude, just use the assisted pullup machine, you aren't impressing anyone!

single arm kickback 12, 12, 12kettlebell pullover35, 35, 35Did my 25 minutes / 300 calories' worth on the eliptical, then walked the 15 blocks home.   Here's to a new week of nutrition and workouts!
