not of wine.... but of stairs!A most effective Leg Day with my Pain Pal, ! We went up 30 steep flights of stairs at work, then back down again. Extensive stretches followed at the Sweat Shop with straps and foam rollers, but in spite of that it's Shake, Rattle, and Roll! (we started at lower basement level 2 and there's no 13th floor)
