Hi All,My laptop is still in the shop so I'm typing away on DH's computer. I got so far behind on emails. I spent half the day fixing his computer because it was running painfully slow, and it takes me too long to type emails on my iPhone. DH's computer was riddled with spyware and viruses, plus it's a really old machine. It's better, but so old that I can't upgrade the software anymore.

Workouts are good. I've been alternating Cathe's CTX Express with other Cathe strength workouts (Pyramids), plus walking and cycling. Next week I'll be cycling more, and walking less. I need to change things up. It's good to have some muscle in my legs again. My bike speeds are improving.

The only new thing is that I bought Cathe's Pure Strength DVD last week when Cathe had it for $17.99. I did the shoulders/chest workout yesterday, and I loved it. Why did I wait so long to get this one. For some reason, I thought the reps would be too fast paced, but they were not. It's a short, efficient workout. Good stuff.

Food has been way out of whack. I'm spending the day at home getting my kitchen back together. I think I figured out my problem. For many months, I couldn't do morning workouts because of my injury, but I did get up early anyway to prepare healthy lunches - I like a really fresh salad for lunch. 

Now that I'm recovered, I've been doing morning workouts, but it displaced my food prep time. I'll make adjustments this week.I can't remember if I posted the prior week's workouts, so here's the last two weeks. I haven't really felt like taking a rest day, though I really need some yoga today. Waiting for DH to be done with the TV.

04/05/12 5.8 mile Bike Commute + 1.5 mile walk

04/06/12 Cathe Pure Strength Chest shoulder and triceps and QF Cardio Hip Hop
