So > glad you're feeling better!! i was feeling pretty good michelle!! and the weather was gorgeous so that really helped me to be very active. i could have done another workout to get the 25K steps, but i was too busy with other things that i had to get done. thankyou for the get well wishes. i feel a ton better now!!! i skipped my meds last night and woke up with just a bit of pain. so i took the meds this morning. i hope that it stays fixed, if not then back to the dr ::sigh:: :*carolyn. Guest guest
Wow, 20650 steps!! That is so amazing to me (who has always found 10000 to be a challenge, lol.) Glad to hear some improvement with the pain situation, too! Hopefully you will be back to your norm very soon. Today is a day off for me, as far as a workout. Yesterday I did Biggest Loser's Powerwalk, and the day before was Burke's Strengthen & Condition. Her's was a good workout; I couldn't do all the reps on the plank moves, the tricep pushups, and some of the reverse abs. So it was challenging enough for me and gives me room to improve. The only thing is that while doing the warmup and lower body, I had a lot of knee pain doing the lunges, and had to stop. That's never happened to me before. A little later into the workout, I could do partial lunges without pain. I'll have to see if that happens again, or if it was just a freak thing. Have a great weekend!
