Guest guest
Recently i read they are investigating about making new antidepressants based on triptans. It seems triptans are serotonin receptor agonists. So, in fact, i think they could be useful for us, because, the main problem with SSRI's is that they make our receptors insensitive (because of serotonin stays much longer in the synapse). So, a serotonin receptor agonist makes again the receptors to be sensitive and to be able to catch serotonin again. What do you think? Anyone has tried it?? Thanks!
