Guest guest Posted March 27, 2012 Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 Jen's exercise for Monday 03/26/12 Gilad Rotation - Day 3 I did the following:Gilad - Total Body Sculpt Vol 1 Workout 1 Show 22 Total Body = 20 minutes Gilad - Quick Fit System - Chest & Back = 15 minutesSome of Gilad's moves are challenging for me but I just hang in there and do what I can. Someday I WILL be able to do everything, right? Outside Walk in every court of The Village - Walked right - Steady Walk = 35 minutesFitBit Stats:Calories 157 Steps 4,274 Distance 1.62 miles Pace 21:36 a mile Co-ed Competitive Volleyball = 2 hoursSometimes I played good sometimes bad but with my feet burning I definitely did my best!FitBit Stats:Calories 613 Steps 2,823 Distance 1.07 milesFitBit Totals: 8,793 steps taken today 88 % of goal of 10000 3.33 miles traveled today 66 % of goal of 5.00 3,208 calories burned 136 % of goal of 2329 1,645 active score 164 % of goal of 1000 Jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
