Guest guest
Well, now that The Shamrock Run is over, my workouts from Noel from now on will all be legs since I can do the other parts on my own. I just hate legs, and will only really push it if I'm doing it with Noel or with . I warmed up on the eliptical and got 200 calories' worth out of it before it was Time. That first hack squat machine just fills me with dread. We started with 90 lbs on each side of the bar and it went up from there. Nothing like having 200+ lbs to push up against gravity! It's embarrassing too because I grunt and make seething noises when doing this, and people on the cardio equipment watch us, I hope, with sympathy. I just can't express how hard this is. Every other workout with Noel is really fun, but not Legs. Noel himself always says, " If you like Leg Day you're not doing it right " It was the same with the straight squat and leg press machines. The 2 hamstring machines aren't as bad for some reason. I'm actually thrilled when it's time to do those.I felt it immediately when stumbling to the bus stop while intermittently taking sips from the protein shake I'd brought. Praying I will be able to run next weekend! Noel's judging in a show next weekend and some other new trainer in Salem tried to dis him and lots of pros that Noel trains got on him, kinda funny. Noel's currently training 7 pro's at the moment, not mention the countless others he's done the diet for in the past. Drama in the bb world, I love it. How did I get into this sport more than basketball, football, or baseball again? Time to go read the new issue of Flex magazine,

Well, in a regular gym they would be, in that one, maybe it is sympathy! :-) Congrats on surviving another leg day!! Guest guest
I just hate legs, and will only really push it if I'm doing it with Noel or with . I use to love working legs, but not anymore. I do them about once a week and that's good enough for me. It sounds like you'll be lucky to walk after all of that. Great job !! `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸. Guest guest
I went up to 80 lbs on the prone hamstring machine but Noel had to help me with it. Still, 70 was too easy and that felt nice. WOW, so impressive!! -:¦:-¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- ~-:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
